Prachi Raheja

Prachi Raheja is leading the Continuous Improvement Program at UC San Diego's IT Services. She an engineer and MBA specializing in IT, and a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. She is responsible for leading the continuous improvement at IT Services and also for managing Lean Bench – which is a select set of campus expert practitioners of Lean Six Sigma methodology who engage and lead crucial efforts around process improvement, operational excellence, and business efficiency.
