Caryn Neiswender

As a learning experience designer, I work with instructors to identify and implement pedagogical and technical solutions for use in the virtual or physical classroom. I manage the media production process for our school’s faculty and select instructional technology tools for implementation in classes. For our content, I work with a team of media producers who film instructors in Green Screen, Learning Glass and DIY studios. Once captured and edited, I add student engagement, and prepare media for distribution on various platforms (i.e. Yuja, Panopto, Vimeo, Google Drive). In prior roles, I have worked as a consultant, support specialist, program coordinator, and trainer. In addition, I have been a member of an Agile development team that produced features (core and enhancements) for several learning management systems (including Canvas). I’ve presented at this conference and at Educause on various topics related to educational technologies.
