IT Change Management is an established process which manages the risk of technical changes to an organization. Traditional waterfall development and SDLC have given way to Lean and Agile frameworks for getting work done. Kanban boards and Gemba walks are a way to make work visible. Cloud and DevOps is the new rage. So, is Change Management still relevant? How can Change Management minimize risk to production systems, and not be a hindrance to fast moving sprints and rapid deployment cycles?

In this session, we’ll share our process evolution journey in a changing IT landscape through integrating lean and agile concepts, virtual task boards, business intelligence reporting, standard changes and much more.
