Eloisa Javier

Eloisa Javier works in UC Davis Health as a Project Portfolio Manager for the IT Epic Applications Team. She is currently the Technical Program Manager for Epic Refuel, a revamp of UC Davis Health's Epic system to better follow best practices, with a project cost of close to $10 million, over 500 program components in scope, to be delivered in 15 months. She earned her Masters in Business Administration from San Francisco State University in 2010, and her PMP Credential in 2018. She has 15 years of experience in Healthcare IT Project Management and has been with UC Davis Health for close to ten years.
