Annelie Rugg

I am the Director and Humanities CIO at UCLA's Humanities Technology. I lead a team of 30 technologists who help humanities and digital humanities faculty, staff and students with technology and computing for their teaching, research, and academic work. My job is to set vision and goals for our organization, develop partnerships, advocate for resources, represent humanities technology needs, identify and plan for new technology solutions and services, and manage people and projects. I have commuted by bike to UCLA for over 18 years, I'm interested in ways to create more livable communities, and my favorite food is coffee.
