Mojgan Amini

Mojgan Amini is the Director of Process Management & Continuous Improvement at UC San Diego's IT Services. She holds a M.S. in Computer Science and a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. She is responsible for the project management, continuous improvement and service management programs, as well as communications, outreach and organizational change management. She serves in leadership roles on several campus-wide process improvement programs, namely the Business Excellence Community of Practice, Lean Bench and Process Palooza.
